I have been really enjoying this long weekend in my studio (aka craft room but it has a new name just to annoy my favorite husband ♥).
So I thought I had better play catch up here and share the most recent projects I did for Passion4Paper so that I can share some more during the week.
I was lucky enough to get some beautiful Prima Sun Kiss goodies in my design kit but I couldn't make up my mind about what to do with them. One of my sisters scrapbooked the other week for the first time, although I've been trying to convert others for ages ☺, and she asked what you use those little 6x6 pads for because who would scrapbook that small! I was like, Oh! More like, what can't you use them for. So I went on to tell her all that is good about a 6x6 and then thought I would use the one from my DT kit to share a few things.
This page here I have used Prima Songbird as my background page. I used Distress ink around the edge of the paper and also with my Crafters Workshop Cherry Blossom template. Once I had the Shabby Shutters ink looking how I wanted it, I just inked up my finger with Spiced Marmalade and randomly inked small parts of my template.
All other paper on the page is using the 6x6 Prima Sun Kiss paper pad.
Have you ever used flowers on a vine? The white flowers and leaves on my page are on a vine. The thing I ♥ about these is that besides being gorgeous, they can be twisted any way you like on your page and half your flower work is already done for you.
The Cherry Lyn Designs doily has been cut out of the paper pad, inked around the edges and then cut in half.
These gorgeous chipboard pieces are from the same Prima range.
I used Lindys Stamp Gang Glory of the Seas Gold on the paper flowers with a small amount of embossing powder. Distress ink has been used to colour the Prima resist canvas shapes. The gorgeous bling that is a little bit hidden in this pic is a Jinda circle and is absolutely gorgeous. The pics in the store and here do not do this justice. There is definately more of these being added to my cart.
Before adhereing all to my page, I inked around the egdes of all paper with Distress Ink.
Then I have finished it off with a Kaisercraft resin flower and some Pink Paislee Spring Jubilee stamps, which I can't get enough of at the moment. I stamped these on acetate with stazon ink and cut them out. I love the way stamped acetate looks on a page.
My next project was a set of 6 cards and all embellishments on these have been made with the samepaper pad.

Cherry Lyn Designs doily die
My seam binding has been misted with the Glory of the Seas Gold but is has tinges of blue/green in it because I didn't clean my mat the last time I used Dylusion Vibrant Turquoise, I like how it turned out though ☺

All the flowers on the cards have been die cut using Spellbinders Rose Creactions by Donna Salazar. These are by far the most favourite of mine, flower dies ever ♥
This one has been finished off with Fairy Dust by Donna Salazar. Click on the link to see a video with Donna showing you how to make these.
