and some more My Minds Eye

Without a doubt, my favorite brand.  This range is the Miss Caroline Fiddlesticks.  The only thing that disappointed me with this range was the lack of embellishments.

I have done this layout to the sketch at the My Minds Eye blog for challenge 33.  I did think I was never going to finish it.  I had my paper all ready to go on and had taken off one strip on the tape, ready to stick.  I then decided that perhaps it needed a spray of Glimmer Mist.  I put on a few sprays of pale colours I wanted to use and then without looking picked up and sprayed a huge blob of a really dark one.  In my mad panic to try and wipe it off, I've put the paper with the backing off the tape on top of my photo.  Just as I start peeling it apart I knock the chipboard banner onto my page.  Of course this has no backing because it was left behind when I pushed it out to get ready to use.  So I ruined my photo and had to get a different one and had an ugly big blotch on my page which is why the papers upside down.  Did you know it was?  Can you tell?

In the photo is my youngest sister Kirsty and my niece Jasmine.
I've used more of those gorgeous Prima canvas resist butterflies.  This time I've inked them with Colorbox chalk inks and misted lightly with Glimmer Mist.

Hey Ros, firstly I cannot tell that the paper is upside down ... it looks really pretty. I'm assuming that the white doily-style border and flowers in the upper right corner are already on the paper.
I really like this layout. All the ribbons you cut look amazing!
