Woo Hoo!

I am here yet again.   I'm a wee bit excited about it ♥
So, I've done another challenge, this time at Stuck?!

This is the sketch to follow

and this is what I've done.  The photos are of Dane, the eldest child.  I've been trying to work out how old he is in these but I just don't know.
I got some more older pics scrapped though.  Yay!
Papers used are some left over scraps of Little Yellow Bicycle Saturday.

I've used a Crafters Workshop template.....again ☺, but no butterflies this time.

My Purple Pumpkin  heart is a little cute, hey.

Look at this blast from the past!
A Heidi Swapp stamp that I had a sudden urge to hunt down in my stash and use.

I can't stop

I've done another page! I am on such a roll.

This one is for the Scrap the Girls challenge and the criteria is 'Celebration' so I thought I would do a page of our daughter in law on her wedding day.  I've used the other pretty My Minds Eye, Follow Your Heart, paper and embellies for this.  I can see a few wedding pics being done with this lot.

Yep, more prima resist butterflies ♥ and a Crafters Workshop template.

White with one

I've done this page for the challenge at White With One.
This month is
WHITE + KRAFT + LAYERING
and Kraft being a fave of mine, I couldn't resist.
I've had another play with a Crafters Workshop template and again I couldn't help but use a Prima resist butterfly.  This pic is my niece Jasmine, who was in the photo is yesterdays post, and one of my Nans.  The photo would be about 16 years old so I've managed to scrap an older pic again.  Excellect ☺

and some more My Minds Eye

Without a doubt, my favorite brand.  This range is the Miss Caroline Fiddlesticks.  The only thing that disappointed me with this range was the lack of embellishments.

I have done this layout to the sketch at the My Minds Eye blog for challenge 33.  I did think I was never going to finish it.  I had my paper all ready to go on and had taken off one strip on the tape, ready to stick.  I then decided that perhaps it needed a spray of Glimmer Mist.  I put on a few sprays of pale colours I wanted to use and then without looking picked up and sprayed a huge blob of a really dark one.  In my mad panic to try and wipe it off, I've put the paper with the backing off the tape on top of my photo.  Just as I start peeling it apart I knock the chipboard banner onto my page.  Of course this has no backing because it was left behind when I pushed it out to get ready to use.  So I ruined my photo and had to get a different one and had an ugly big blotch on my page which is why the papers upside down.  Did you know it was?  Can you tell?

In the photo is my youngest sister Kirsty and my niece Jasmine.
I've used more of those gorgeous Prima canvas resist butterflies.  This time I've inked them with Colorbox chalk inks and misted lightly with Glimmer Mist.

Some more My Minds Eye.  I so love all the MME ranges that have been released so far this year, but by far my favourite are the 2 Follow Your Heart collections.  This is also the first time I've used Crafters Workshop templates.  I ♥ them.  I've have a few different ones to try and really enjoyed doing something different on my page.

The photos were taken at Stradbroke Island last July.  We had a day trip there and tried sand surfing.  Some of us were really good at it.  Others, like me struggled to even walk up the dunes.  It was an awesome day.

Another Prima canvas resist butterfly.  This one done with Distress Ink.

My Nan

Pulled out another wedding pic.  This time with my Nanna  I've used Prima Songbird again, just cause I love it.

See these gorgeous canvas flowers.  They are the Prima canvas resist ones.  On these I have used Glimmer Mist and Distress Inks.  The My Minds Eye page I did last week has the Prima canvas resist butterflies on it, and they are so gorgeous and really easy to use.

Awesome

The Simple Stories kit is perfect for Jordan.  He tells me everday that he is awesome.  A while ago on his PS3, when he signed in online you would see his user name and then he'd subtitled it 'I am Awesome'.  He cracks me up.  Now it says, 'I am a God'.  I can't imaging I will see any paper lines with that though.

But I have to agree with him.  He is awesome ♥

This is the first time I have used any of the Simple Stories papers.  They are so easy to use.  I kept looking at it wondering what else to do because it was easy.  I bought my Awesome Collection from Passion4Paper.

Prima is a girls best friend....

well, in the scrap room at least.  It was our 5th wedding anniversary this weekend and I pulled out all the photos.  I still have so many to scrap, and with all the pretty ranges that have just been released, I thought it's a perfect time to get scrapping with them again.

Three layouts and a card

This is the card I made for one of my sisters and her fiance for their engagement.

This is made with Bo Bunny Country Garden. This photo was taken of Bron on the HMS Vampire in Sydney.  A ship her daddy used to be stationed on.

This one is Bo Bunny Ambrosia.  A really busy paper and nothing I would usually use but I do really love it.

This page is with MME follow your heart.  I've done this layout to the sketch at Scrapbook Supplies Online and really enjoyed using it.  I also enjoyed pulling out a few old photos for this one.
