Lilac Haze

Gorgeous!!
The best word to describe D-Lish Scraps
January Mood Board.

So purple is not my colour.
I really dislike purple and thought that I would
struggle with this months board.
All that changed as soon as my goodies from D-Lish Scraps
arrived.

I'm totally in love with all shades mint and can't  believe how perfect
these colours are together.

My photo here is one of my brothers, Danny and
his daughter Challyla

The beautiful purple and mint daisies
that I've used come with a bright orange centre.
Not the look I wanted on my page.
A little pinch with my nail and they were easy to remove.
I replaced the centres with some Pearl Cabochons and
Resin Daisies.
Love how they look.

I was not able to capture the full effect of this beautiful
Mirror Butterfly.  It's gorgeous and they are
definitely going to feature in more pages.

The white Mulberry Paper Butterflies are gorgeous too.  I
glued two together along the body so that I could shape them
and make them more 3d.
I then put glitter on the top wings.

Pinch and a punch.

Can you believe it's the first of December already?

Time for our reveal of this months D-Lish Scraps Inspiration Board.

It's a bit gorgeous!!
Gorgeous!
There is some awesome inspiration to be found at
the D-Lish Sraps blog.
This month there are a few new ladies joining
the creative team to share their
gorgeous pages.

I found the perfect paper from MME in my stash.
Goes perfectly with this months board

♥ love the apricot muslin.
I thought the texture of this in here matched
with the blanket that Xander and Riley are sleeping on.

I've inked up some chipboard keys with a couple of
different colors to give them a slightly aged look.

My title is made from a couple of the chipboard words
available in the store.
I chose 2 different fonts and after inking I have
glued the word moments on top of
perfect.
I love the look of the 2 different fonts.

Gorgeous Maggie Holmes and Freckled Fawn

I've done a few online classes lately all about
getting to know my Silhouette Cameo more.

I'm finding now that I don't do any project anymore
without at least something that's been
cut with it.

Below I have used it to make my background
and also for the title.

.....why is it so hard to photograph white?

Gorgeous Maggie Holmes Flea Market.
Love !!

Am also loving all the Freckled Fawn goodies
I've been getting from their embellishment kits.
They're so cute.

Hard to see but I've used a Maggie Holmes photo overlay
here.  It was perfect for the photo of Gumby and Turtle, with
little mint coloured hearts on it.

Thank you for looking

Simple Stories Vintage Bliss and my Silhouette

I'm a slow scrapper.

I see ladies that can just pump out the pages.
I've tried.
I can't do it.
But I'm a little bit jealous of those that can.

The 2 pages I'm posting today took me 3 days.

This page with little Chloe and Nate took me 2 days.
I spent ages trying to get a flower cluster perfect
before I gave up.
Then I remembered this cute little title I'd purchased
from Silhouette ages ago specifically to use on
a Chloe page ♥

I'm in love with this paper range.

This is also my take on this months first sketch at

This page features my baby Miss Coco Chanel the First.
I used a few goodies on this one from my Freckled Fawn
embellishment kit.
How awesome are those metal flowers!!!!
LOVE!!

I've used some Amy Tangerine rub ons for my background.
I like how they've turned out.  I think it's the first time I used
any Amy goodies.

Thanks for looking.

D-Lish Scraps October Inspiration Board

Time for my 2nd share for the D-Lish Scraps
Creative Team Inspiration Board.

And it's awesome.
I can't wait to see the gorgeous
pages that this board is going to inspire.

NEON POP!

One of my sisters, Susie, had an 80s themed hens night.

Pauly and I were in high school in the 80s and tried to go as we
were in high school.

Huge hair.
Awesome eyeshadow.
Denim jacket.
Hot pink tutu.
Fingerless lace gloves.
Lace trimmed 3/4 leggins.
Long beads.
Pixie boots.

We had an awesome night.

So my take on this months inspiration board, is myself
and my 3 sisters at Susies hens ♥

My lime motex was perfect for this board.
You can't see cause it's a head shot but Gumby (aka Gayle)
went as Rainbow Bright.
Loved the memories.

I love these flairs!!
Cool purple eye shadow Pauly :)

I pulled out the dimensional magic for this page.
Popped it on my inked up micro butterflies
and my scalloped overlay.
